We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure Shopify-powered payment gateway.
Q8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes — as long as your order hasn’t been shipped! Please reach out to us within 6 hours of placing your order at support@imanijewels.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

We currently deliver all over India, using trusted logistics partners like Delhivery. For international orders, please write to us before checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours, and delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Q12. How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking link. You can also check order status anytime by logging into your Imani Jewels account.
Q13. What if my order is delayed or missing?
Don’t worry! Just share your order ID at support@imanijewels.com, and we’ll get right on it with our courier partners.

We offer 7-day returns or exchanges on unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging.
Please note: Earrings and personalized items aren’t returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.
